UX Designer for Data & Analytics platform

Job description

As a Senior UX Designer, you will help create outstanding employee experiences for Rabobank's internal data, analytics and IT services by turning complex challenges into simple and intuitive user experiences.

You will shape the user experience of an internal platform that enables employees to access and use data, analytics and AI services. Your responsibilities include:

• Shape the user experience of an internal platform for data, analytics and AI services.
• Define and structure the platform's information architecture.
• Design clear navigation and user flows that align with business processes.
• Design and validate key and complex user journeys.
• Translate complex challenges into simple and intuitive solutions.
• Collaborate with tribe and area leads, product owners, developers and subject-matter experts.
• Align with other designers to create consistent interaction patterns and reusable components.

Requirements

• You have +10 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• You are a strategic and analytical thinker who can translate complex problems into simple and intuitive solutions.
• You have experience designing complex user journeys.
• You enjoy developing creative and impactful solutions within a complex data and IT environment.
• You maintain a user-centred mindset in a technology-driven environment and are confident challenging existing assumptions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• You navigate large organisations with ease and know how to build support for your ideas and concepts.
• You are proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• You are familiar with service design methods, including creative facilitation.
• You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects.
• You have excellent communication skills in English.

Application

Propose to customer

After checking suitability, availability and rate, we will recommend you to the client and you will usually receive a response from the client within 5 working days as to whether they are interested and would like to arrange an interview.

Interview

After the interview, the client may wish to conduct a second or, in some cases, a third interview. If the client decides to hire you, the start date and onboarding process will be determined.

Start / Onboarding

In order to get started, an onboarding procedure is initiated in which formalities are completed. This includes submitting personal details, passport and, if necessary, Chamber of Commerce registration in order to draw up a contract. In some cases, screening by an external agency commissioned by the client may be required. Once this has been completed, the assignment can begin!
