Job description

Title: Sales Specialist - Energy & Power Infrastructure

Position Overview

A growing industrial engineering and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to support its expanding business in Korea.

The role will focus on developing new commercial opportunities, strengthening relationships with key industrial clients, and driving sales activities across battery technology, energy infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate commercial proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer and project requirements.
• Manage sales pipelines and support successful project acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, energy, or infrastructure-related industries.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with large corporate clients, EPC contractors, or industrial project stakeholders preferred.
• Exposure to battery technology, power infrastructure, or data center projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
