Design and develop intelligent PLC-based automation solutions for advanced industrial machines and production systems. As an Automation Engineer, you’ll work on innovative projects from software development and testing to commissioning and optimization.

the role

Are you passionate about automation and control technology? Do you enjoy developing intelligent software solutions for advanced industrial machines and production systems? As an Automation Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and commission PLC-based control systems for innovative automation projects.

Working in multidisciplinary project teams, you’ll be involved throughout the complete project lifecycle, from functional design and software development to testing, commissioning, and optimization at customer sites. You’ll work on technically challenging projects in industries such as machine building, logistics, food & beverage, semiconductor, and process automation.

• Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA software.
• Program industrial automation systems.
• Configure industrial networks and field devices.
• Test and commission machines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Improve software standards and processes.

What are we

looking for

We’re looking for an Automation Engineer with a passion for industrial automation and software development. You enjoy solving technical challenges, work in a structured way, and like collaborating with engineers and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of PLC experience.
• Experience with Siemens, Beckhoff, Rockwell, B&R or Schneider.
• Knowledge of HMI and SCADA systems.
• Familiar with industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with motion control or robotics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Good command of English.
