Are you ready to take your creativity to the next level? Join Dremel’s global marketing team as a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern and immerse yourself in an exciting 12-month journey of creativity, strategy, and hands-on experience.

During this one year internship you will be supporting the Social Media Marketing Team in creative, strategic and operational areas. One of your responsibilities is to drive the editorial operations of an international Instagram account from copywriting to sourcing social assets, publishing of content and community engagement. As part of this, you closely work together with the Content Marketing and Retail Marketing Teams to understand common business goals and translate those into social media communication & storytelling actions. Get involved with latest social media marketing mechanics and trends to help establish our brand in the DIY lifestyle community internationally. You can set your creativity free in in-house productions for social media to grow community engagement (like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and more).

With organization being an important factor in social marketing, you also get to learn about corporate management behind the scenes of social media (YouTube Creator Studio, Facebook Business Manager and more) to support in the administration of all global social channels of our larger international team.

As a strategic part of your role, you will also be trained to become an expert in working with an influencer management platform, allowing you to analyse the performance of collaborations and help optimize the operations of our international brand managers. In this role you will get the full experience in all fields of social media marketing while closely collaborating with other expertise fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Management: Support the social media process from ideation, production, video editing, and copywriting to posting and performance tracking across 90+ social channels.
• Influencer & UGC Projects: Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns, organizing user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, and maintaining influencer relationship databases.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content performance on social media to optimize engagement strategies.
• Project Management: Help streamline content distribution workflows and maintain social governance to ensure compliance across all channels.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experienced with content creation and familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficient in photography, video production, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
• A strong communicator with excellent English skills—written and verbal.
• A creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and visual design.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiastic about influencer marketing and creating content that resonates with an engaged global community.
• A collaborative team player who also thrives independently.

De eerste paar dagen in een nieuw bedrijf zijn belangrijk. Dus we zullen u begeleiden bij het nemen van uw eerste stappen.

Deze kunnen sterk variëren, omdat ze zijn afgestemd op uw toekomstige functie en locatie. Je ontvangt altijd een individueel introductieplan met een overzicht van alle maatregelen die voor jou belangrijk zijn als je aan het werk gaat.

Samen vooruit

Eventueel krijg je ondersteuning vanuit ons Bosch Buddy-programma. Je Buddy zal je helpen met alle informele aspecten en kan je in contact brengen met waardevolle contacten.
