Product Manager - iD Cloud

You will join the Product Management team within iD Cloud. Across different product areas, we explore how we can better support retailers and turn what we learn in the market into clear product choices.

You will have plenty of direct contact with international customers and the freedom to investigate problems yourself. You work with other Product Managers as well as colleagues across development, Customer Success, and other teams around iD Cloud. This allows you to combine different perspectives while taking ownership of your own product area.

The way we work is evolving too. We want Product Management to increasingly focus on customers, discovery, and product direction. This gives you space not only to address today's challenges, but also to explore what retailers will need from iD Cloud next.

• Compensation: Matching your knowledge and experience. The range for this role is between € 4.300 and € 6.000 gross per month based on full-time employment of 38 hours.

Required skills

When a customer says, "We need this feature," your first instinct is to understand why. You want to know what is really happening, why it is a problem, and whether other customers experience the same thing. You listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions, while also being comfortable introducing a different perspective. You can then bring structure to what you have learned and make it concrete enough to support clear product decisions.

• You have experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a comparable role within software or technology.
• You have experience working directly with customers or users and turning what you learn into product decisions.
• You can move beyond individual requests and identify solutions that can scale across a broader product and multiple customers.
• You have enough technical affinity to work effectively with software development teams and understand technical possibilities and trade-offs.
• You communicate comfortably in English because of the international nature of our customer base.
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, IoT, retail technology, or products that combine hardware and software can help you understand our context faster, but it is not required.

Good to know: You are available for 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid working is common at Nedap, and you and your team can coordinate your working hours to achieve a good work-life balance. You will be present at our Nedap Campus in Groenlo at least 2 times per week.
