For a client, we are looking for a Cargo Superintendent HTV to play a key role in the next phase of their growth and the expansion of their heavy transport fleet.

If you consider yourself a heavy transport expert, experienced in the maritime or offshore industry and not afraid of complex projects, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What you will be doing

As a Cargo Superintendent, you will be part of a team of specialists working on a wide range of challenging projects — from transporting large container cranes and offshore installations to loading massive oil rigs. Each transport requires thorough preparation, calculations, and analysis.

Your responsibilities include

• Assessing deck load capacities and structural integrity of both vessel and cargo
• Designing optimal sea fastenings
• Planning and coordinating full project execution
• Communicating with clients, surveyors, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact on site and taking responsibility for safe operations and client satisfaction

What they ask

• A heavy transport professional with a strong safety mindset
• Someone who thinks outside the box and takes ownership of complex projects
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the maritime or offshore industry

What they offer

• A challenging and varied position in a dynamic organisation
• Competitive salary and a solid pension package
• 29 days of annual leave
• Opportunities for training and professional development
• An informal and collaborative working environment
• Modern facilities, including access to fitness amenities
• Regular social events with colleagues
