A Day in the Life

Reporting to a Digital/Marketing/CMI Manager at our Benelux HQ in Hoofddorp (just outside Amsterdam), you will join our team for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in February. Selected candidates will be invited to our exclusive Recruitment Day to match with one of our Digital Internships:

• Digital Marketing:Accelerate online brand presence and e-commerce growth by managing website content, optimizing social media performance, and executing digital media activations.
• Digital & CRM:Drive consumer loyalty and engagement by managing CRM platforms, analyzing consumer data, and executing personalized email and media campaigns.
• Consumer & Market Intelligence (CMI):Uncover deep consumer insights and market trends, analyze competitor performance, and translate data into strategic recommendations for our brands.

We Are Looking For

You are a final-year student at a university, fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:

• Data-Driven Thinkers: You love analyzing digital metrics, online trends, and consumer behavior to find actionable insights.
• Brand, Social Media, Advocacy & Influence: Ready to dive into our digital ecosystem, bringing our brands to life through creative social campaigns and content that truly connects with our online community.
• Collaboration: Enjoying working cross-functionally to achieve our shared goals.
• Project Owners: You are an organized self-starter who loves turning ideas into concrete actions, with high speed, precision, and detail.

• Division matching: Based on your aspirations and our needs, we'll determine which of our four divisions – Consumer Products (CPD), L’Oréal Luxe, Professional Products (PPD), and L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) – is the best fit for your career journey.
• Manager review: Once we've identified a potential match, we'll share your profile with the hiring manager.
• Manager interview: If the hiring manager is interested, we'll set up an interview for you to meet.
• The offer: If everyone agrees you're the perfect fit, we'll make an offer!
