About the job

Join Pathways and help transform maritime and offshore operations. We partner with clients to improve processes, systems, and data, delivering measurable operational and business impact.

We are growing and expanding our team. We are therefore looking for a Junior Consultant / PMO to support large-scale transformation programs, with a strong focus on ERP / EAM-driven business change.

As part of client-facing project teams, you will support and structure complex transformation initiatives from planning through execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, and the ability to operate effectively in international, multicultural project environments.

Travel to client sites should be expected.

Key responsibilities

Support project and program managers with planning, execution, and reporting
Act as PMO, maintaining governance structures, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and reporting routines
Support business process mapping, requirements definition, and solution design for ERP / EAM implementations
Contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement activities
Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal IT and operational teams
Prepare decision material and presentations for steering committees and senior management
Facilitate workshops and follow up on progress, risks, dependencies, and budget

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, or project-based roles
Hands-on involvement in business transformation initiatives with a significant IT component
Experience with ERP, EAM, or similar enterprise system implementations
Strong analytical and structuring and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear communication
Comfortable working on-site with clients and collaborating across cultures and disciplines
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal

Benefits

High-impact transformation projects in the maritime and offshore industry
A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where your ideas make a difference
Mentorship, learning, and strong professional growth opportunities
Flexibility, autonomy, and responsibility from day one
We offer a competitive package for the right candidate, including pension contributions, holiday allowance, dedicated time for professional development and the opportunity to work with a collaborative supportive team

Why Pathways?

We are a transformation partner — not a slide factory. Our work is guided by our values IQII: Innovation, Quality, Impact, Integrity. We value professionalism, accountability, and collaboration, and we believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.

If you are motivated by responsibility, client interaction, and real transformation work, we would love to hear from you.
