Machine Builder Solution Manager
Create and drive scalable, ready-to-sell Machine Builder solution offerings for Zone Americas that enable industry-specific applications.
Help machine builders transition from hardware-centric automation to software-defined, data-driven, and AI-enabled machine architectures.
Drive IT/OT integration and support Siemens’ Industrial Operations X strategy by leveraging:
- Software-Defined Automation (SDA): SIMATIC AX, SIMATIC S7-1500V Virtual PLC, Industrial Edge, and related technologies.
- Industrial AI: Eigen Engineering Agent and other AI-enabled automation solutions.
- Simulation & Digital Engineering: TIA Simulation Cloud, SIMIT, Digital Twin and Digital Drivetrain solutions, including S7-PLCSIM Advanced, DriveSim Engineer, and related engineering and simulation tools.
- Advanced Automation & Motion: SIMATIC S7 T-CPU applications, motion control, safety, Industrial IoT, and integrated digital threads across the machine lifecycle.
- Cybersecurity: Promote secure-by-design machine architectures that help machine builders address EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) requirements, protect the installed base, and leverage embedded security capabilities and CRA-ready DI AUT offerings.
Connect customer and market needs with Siemens’ cross-portfolio capabilities to develop standard applications, reusable solution toolboxes (e.g., Packaging, Intralogistics, Converting, Data Center, Material Handling and others), and end-to-end machine concepts, ranging from cabinet-level solutions, where required, to holistic digital-thread scenarios that address customer business and machine-lifecycle challenges.
Collaborate across businesses, technology organizations, Sales and Marketing, regions, and global teams to bring together the required capabilities, enabling Machine Builder Sales and technical teams to win complex opportunities, accelerate solution adoption, and turn successful customer concepts into scalable, repeatable solutions for deployment across the Americas.
