Ready to lead high-end technical installations? As a Lead Electrician at Alewijnse, you’ll play a key role in the construction of exclusive superyachts at our client’s shipyard in Rotterdam. You’ll supervise a small team and ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.

What will you be doing?

As a hands-on foreman, you’ll lead a team of 2 to 3 electricians. You’ll plan the work, carry out technical tasks yourself, and act as the primary point of contact on site. You’ll work closely with the project manager and coordinate daily with various stakeholders both inside and outside the project.

Your responsibilities include

Creating and managing a detailed work schedule

•

Leading your team and setting the right priorities and approach

•

Providing progress reports to the project management team

•

Acting as the contact point for colleagues, the yard, and external partners

This role combines technical involvement with daily team coordination – making your work both varied and impactful.
