Senior Recruitment Public Consultant

Senior Rekryteringskonsult inom Offentlig SektorVi söker en senior rekryteringskonsult med mångårig erfarenhet av kvalificerad rekrytering inom offentlig sektor, inklusive statliga myndigheter, kommuner och regioner. Du har en dokumenterad leveranshistorik av framgångsrika rekryteringsuppdrag och gedigen erfarenhet av att självständigt driva komplexa rekryteringsprocesser från behovsanalys och kravprofil till tillsättning och uppföljning.

Om rollenSom Senior Rekryteringskonsult ansvarar du för hela rekryteringsprocessen, från behovsanalys och kravprofil till search, intervjuer, urval, personbedömning, referenstagning och slutlig tillsättning. Du driver självständigt flera parallella rekryteringsuppdrag och säkerställer hög kvalitet, kundnöjdhet och leverans genom hela processen.

I rollen arbetar du nära kunder inom offentlig sektor, där du fungerar som en strategisk och konsultativ partner i frågor som rör kompetensförsörjning, rekryteringsstrategi och kandidatmarknad. Du förväntas skapa förtroende hos både kunder och kandidater samt bidra med din expertis i komplexa rekryteringsärenden.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Du kommer bland annat att

• Leda och genomföra kvalificerade rekryteringsuppdrag från kravprofil till tillsättning.
• Ansvara för rekrytering av chefer, specialister och andra nyckelkompetenser.
• Arbeta proaktivt med search och kandidatattraktion för att identifiera och engagera kvalificerade kandidater.
• Genomföra intervjuer, personbedömningar, tester, referenstagning och urvalsbedömningar.
• Vara en strategisk rådgivare till kunder genom hela rekryteringsprocessen.
• Bygga och utveckla långsiktiga relationer med kunder och kandidater över hela landet.
• Säkerställa en professionell och kvalitativ kandidatupplevelse samt bidra till affärsutveckling genom ett konsultativt arbetssätt.

Om digVi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av rekrytering och trivs i en konsultativ roll där du kombinerar affärsmässighet med hög kvalitet.

Du är van att skapa förtroende hos både kunder och kandidater, arbetar strukturerat och tar ansvar för att driva dina processer framåt. För dig är det självklart att leverera professionella rekryteringsprocesser där kandidat- och kundupplevelsen står i centrum.

Vi söker dig som:• Relevant akademisk examen inom exempelvis HR, personalvetenskap, beteendevetenskap eller arbets- och organisationspsykologi.

• Erfarenhet av att leverera rekryteringstjänster till offentlig sektor inom ramen för upphandlad verksamhet.
• Erfarenhet av arbete inom ramavtal samt god förståelse för offentlig upphandling (LOU).
• Dokumenterad erfarenhet av rekrytering av seniora chefer, ledare och kvalificerade specialister.
• Certifiering i etablerade testverktyg och personbedömningsmetoder.
• Erfarenhet av anbudsarbete, anbudspresentationer och kunddialoger i upphandlade affärer.
• Ett väl utvecklat nätverk och god kännedom om kompetensförsörjningsfrågor inom offentlig sektor.
