Del Monte (France) is looking for a Assistant, Sales & Supply Chain (Foods) (F/M) for its Sales Department (Food), on a fixed-term contract, to start as soon as possible.

Under the supervision of the Sales Director (Foods) also based in our Orly offices, you will come as a reinforcement for various missions:

• Administrative cooperation with customer accounts:

Make the exchange of information and data with customers more reliable and streamlined:

• Be the point of contact with our clients’ administrative teams
• Creation, update and communication of the content necessary for customer relations (Proforma, product sheets, assortment/promotion matrices, logistics data, etc.)
• Provision of supplier/product data on customer platforms
• Management and follow-up of customer disputes (prices, penalties, delivery discrepancies)
• Administrative follow-up of contracts, tariffs and commercial agreements and transcription of information from internal and customer systems
• Interface and support for commercial follow-up:

To make collaboration between the Sales Department and internal services more reliable and facilitated:

• Interface between the Sales Department and the supply chain, invoicing, marketing departments, etc.
• Updating internal databases (product information, customer contacts, etc.)
• Periodic update of sales dashboards (sell-in sales, sell-out, order tracking, promotional budgets/PIN, etc.)
• Participation in the creation of commercial materials (sales plans, brochure, competitive intelligence, etc.) and in the organization of events (trade shows and events).
• Logistical coordination:

With the support of the Logistics and Sales Administration Manager integrated into the Sales Department:

• Tracking flows to internal and customer warehouses
• Verification/follow-up of invoices, credit notes and penalties
• Coordination of needs with carriers

Prerequisites

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 training (business/management, logistics)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge and experience of the supermarket world highly appreciated
• Appetite for commerce and customer orientation
• Excellent command of the Office Pack, especially Excel / Power BI appreciated
• Professional English in addition to native French would be a real plus
• Rigour, reliability, responsiveness, initiative, good oral and written interpersonal skills
• Advanced mastery of office tools: Excel, Outlook, Word
• Interpersonal skills and a real taste for teamwork
• Familiarity with ERPs appreciated
