YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working in Customer Squads, you will be part of a dynamic operations environment supporting both internal stakeholders and direct customers across Europe. You will act as a key link between departments such as Field Service, Inside Sales, Logistics, Warehousing & Transportation, Accounting, Supply Chain and Customer Service, ensuring high service quality, compliance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will handle service and order-related queries, provide updates on order and delivery status, support SAP and global process questions, and ensure timely, accurate communication to both internal and external customers.

As a Customer & Back Office Support Specialist, you will become a subject matter expert in service and order management processes. You will act as a first point of contact for end customers and support order intake and entry, coordinate with credit management, logistics and supply chain, manage returns and complaints, and help resolve issues that could impact order flow, invoicing, or stock replenishment. You will ensure timely and accurate response to customer queries, maintaining positive relations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will support Field Service Engineers in their daily operations, maintain and update equipment and service records, reprocess orders where needed, and ensure smooth administrative follow-up of service activities.

You will also support Inside Sales and commercial teams through accurate contract and order administration, revenue-related data accuracy, and close collaboration with local and global stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service throughout the order-to-bill process.

YOUR TEAM

The Service Back Office Operations / Order-to-Bill team is a dynamic international team of approximately 30 colleagues with backgrounds in Back Office Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales and Service Planning. The team is passionate about performance and committed to delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers across Europe and beyond.

You will work in a diverse and informal team environment with a high degree of ownership, close collaboration across departments, and many opportunities to make an impact through coordination, problem-solving and customer-focused support.

You will love working in our open office space because it makes collaboration with your colleagues even better. If you feel like having a chat, simply step into one of the coffee corners. If you need to focus, there are one-person offices to do so. In our meeting rooms, you even get to write on the walls.

Qualitifcations required

You are service-minded, customer-focused and communicate accurately and professionally, with confidence in a client-facing role.
You have a progress-over-perfection mindset, are willing to take calculated risks and are comfortable taking initiative.
You are structured, process-oriented and able to make effective decisions independently in a fast-paced international environment.
You are flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes, tasks and priorities can change.
You are organized and able to prioritize, multitask and switch easily between operational activities.
You are a strong team player who can also work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
You have experience with SAP; knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office is an advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or comparable experience is preferred.
Professional proficiency in English is required; additional European language skills are a strong plus, with a preference for French.
You are willing to work from the office at least two days per week, including Thursdays for the mandatory team meeting.
