The organisation
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Architecture & Effectiveness Advisor to support job evaluation, organisational design, job architecture and strategic workforce planning within a large international organisation.
The role combines hands-on job grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology with strategic advisory responsibilities aimed at improving organisational structures, workforce effectiveness and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities
•
Conduct job analysis, job evaluations and grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
•
Develop and maintain job descriptions, job families, job ladders and career pathways.
•
Advise on organisational structures, reporting lines, accountabilities and spans of control.
•
Support strategic workforce planning, including staffing levels, capacity, productivity and workforce costs.
•
Develop workforce scenarios and analyse organisational and people data to support management decisions.
•
Collaborate with HR, business leaders and other stakeholders to ensure consistent job architecture and evaluation standards.
•
Provide recommendations on organisational effectiveness, workforce optimisation and skills requirements.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related field.
•
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
•
Demonstrable hands-on experience in job evaluation and grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
•
Experience in job architecture, organisational design and job description development.
•
Knowledge of strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics.
•
Strong analytical, stakeholder management and advisory skills.
•
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior management.
Preferred: Formal Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation training or certification, experience with people analytics tools and professional mentoring experience.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced job evaluation or organisational effectiveness professional with strong technical expertise in job grading and job architecture, combined with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on organisational design and workforce planning. The emphasis is on hands-on job evaluation expertise rather than a purely Compensation & Benefits background.
