Gebied 1: Interne rapportage
- Voorbereiden, analyseren en toelichten van periodieke (maand- en jaar) interne rapportages.
- Voorbereiden, analyseren en toelichten van begrotingscijfers.
- Voorbereiden van periodieke (maand-, jaar- en begrotings) rapportages voor
investeerders.
- Voorbereiden, analyseren en toelichten van online resultaten.
- Voorbereiden van analyses van arbeidskosten en planning van winkeluren.
- Voorbereiden en analyseren van KPI-rapportages.
- Beoordelen van investeringsvoorstellen en adviseren over haalbaarheid.
Gebied 2: Externe rapportage
- Voorbereiden van de wettelijke jaarrekening en coördineren van de aangiften
vennootschapsbelasting (en het coördineren van het proces met de externe
belastingadviseur).
- Verantwoordelijk voor een adequate, tijdige en volledige indiening van de
jaarrekening, vennootschapsbelastingaangifte en andere wettelijk vereiste
rapportages en indieningen.
- Opvolgen van fiscaal advies met betrekking tot kapitaalstructuur en
voorzieningen, enz.
Gebied 3: Adviseren
- Identificeren van kansen voor winstverbeteringen en adviseren hierover.
- Identificeren van kansen/risico's in de fiscale positie (bijvoorbeeld transfer pricing) en adviseren hierover.
- Identificeren van kansen om processen binnen de organisatie te verbeteren en adviseren hierover.
- Proactief uitdagen van de Retail Director, HR Managers, Head of Controlling en andere managers op economisch en organisatorisch gebied
Gebied 4: Projecten
- Beheren en werken aan projecten om interne informatiesystemen, rapportages en interne procedures te verbeteren.
- Bijdragen aan andere financiële processen.
DE IDEALE KANDIDAAT
De perfecte kandidaat voor deze verantwoordelijke rol binnen Hunkemöller beschikt over het volgende:
- Ervaring in een private equity omgeving; ervaring in de detailhandel is een pré.
- Een senior houding met betrekking tot het structureren van prioriteiten, deadlines en doelstellingen binnen het team.
- Resultaatgericht en sterk analytisch.
- Uitstekende en professionele interne en externe communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Ondernemende geest.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Kennis van MS Office.
- Kennis van SAP en consolidatietools (Onestream) is een pré.
YOUR TASKS
Gebied 1: Interne rapportage
