As a Project Planner at NEDCON, you are the key link in material planning for our projects worldwide. You work closely with different departments and ensure everything runs smoothly, from quotation to execution.

This is what you will do

As a Project Planner, you ensure that orders, materials and capacity are properly aligned. You process Sales Orders and coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Production. You also analyse quotations, maintain an overview of the required production capacity and ensure that critical purchased components are planned on time. You are in daily contact with Project Managers about scheduled deliveries and make adjustments where necessary.

Your key responsibilities

• Releasing Sales Orders on a daily basis and adjusting them where necessary.
• Coordinating orders with Sales, Production and Procurement.
• Analysing quotations and determining the required production capacity.
• Coordinating daily with Project Managers about scheduled deliveries.
• Planning and monitoring purchased components that could have a critical impact on delivery times.
• Processing and following up on RDTs (Requests for Delivery Times).

Who you are

You think ahead, easily maintain an overview and work effectively across different departments. You enjoy working with schedules, orders and material flows and quickly identify when something could put a planned delivery at risk. You communicate clearly and know how to bring different interests together.

You also bring

• A higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical or logistics-related field.
• Experience in planning, project coordination or supply chain.
• Strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• A good command of Dutch and English; German is a plus.
