Are you currently a student and interested in exploring a career in the Digital Marketing domain?

This is the opportunity for you: many new products to develop and launch in the pipeline that will allow you to gain some hands-on experience and do this as part of a dynamic, professional, and diverse team at OMRON Healthcare’s EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to start this internship as soon as possible and for six months.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with marketing automation, AI chatbot implementation, and ROI analysis—while working alongside internal teams and external agencies in a structured, Agile-inspired environment.

You’ll build practical skills in project coordination, stakeholder communication, testing, and documentation and contribute directly to projects that shape our digital future.

Key Activities

Support digital marketing technology projects across EMEA, collaborating with central teams, local markets and external agencies.
Assist with CRM and marketing automation activities in HubSpot, including preparing email campaigns, building and testing customer journeys, and maintaining campaign documentation.
Support website improvements and localisation, including content updates, quality checks and coordination with local markets to ensure a consistent user experience.
Contribute to AI initiatives, including chatbot content management, testing, feedback collection and research into new marketing applications.
Assist with website and email optimisation by reviewing performance, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting A/B tests.
Support the collection and analysis of data to evaluate ROI analysis tool performance and business impact, contributing to strategic investment decisions.
Collect and organise data from marketing platforms to support campaign and website performance reporting.
Help prepare training materials, practical guidelines and project communications to support the adoption of digital tools across teams.
Support project coordination by tracking timelines, dependencies and action items, and documenting stakeholder meetings and decisions.
Research emerging trends and best practices in AI, marketing automation and digital customer experience, and share relevant findings with the team.

The ideal candidate would be

Currently enrolled in university studying a a Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree
Good project management and organizational skills
Communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Agility and creativity are part of your skill set.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office and photo editing programmes
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Internship allowance – €400 gross per month for Bachelor’s students and €500 gross per month for Master’s students.

Please note

This is a full-time internship for 6 months, only applicants enrolled as students for the entire duration of the internship will be considered. Preferred start date: December 2026.
Location & hybrid working: This internship is for students based in the Netherlands and follows a 50% office / 50% work-from-home model. Fully remote working is not possible.
