As an assistant to Marketing and Sales, you provide professional administrative and personal support with a high level of attention to details. For this role we are looking for a candidate with personal integrity and an eye for delivering great service in every situation.

Your role

Business Unit Airborne Early Warning (AEW) is responsible for all business regarding AEW systems such as GlobalEye. The business includes both systems sales and support business. The unit have around 1000 employees in Sweden and internationally.

We are now looking for an Assistant who will contribute to our future success in our Marketing and Sales Team! In this role you get the chance to drive improvements on an everyday basis, by being an important part of the team. When necessary, you will take your own initiatives in order to stay one step ahead. You will report to Head of Marketing and Sales. This department consists of approximately 20 employees, and you will be part of a management team comprising three managers.

Your responsibilities will, amongst other things, include

• Act as point of contact for a variety of administrative tasks
• Arranging conferences, administrating invitations and prepare agendas
• Gathering information, preparing material and documenting outcomes from workshops or similar activities
• Manage calendars and information flow for the department
• Detailed planning and booking of travels, including handling travel expenses
• Manage shipment event equipment as well as give aways etc
• Administrative tasks such as managing documentation, approvals and handling mailboxes
• Support our team in the preparations for visits and events

Your profile

Personal qualities will be of great importance for this role and it is key that you are trustworthy with strong ethics and a high degree of understanding how to manage confidential information. Last but not least, you need to have the ability to build an internal network with the other assistants in the organisation. You are a driven team player with great social skills, you enjoy to cooperate with both internal as well as external parties.

• You have a great problem-solving attitude
• You are structured and enjoy working administrative
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
