Are you an HR professional who enjoys keeping things organized, improving the way things work and being a trusted point of contact for employees and managers?

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Bladel. In this hands-on role, you will support the smooth running of our day-to-day HR operations while helping us create consistent, efficient and well-structured HR processes.

The role combines HR administration, employee support, payroll coordination, reporting and process improvement – making it a great fit for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and likes taking ownership.

What will you do?

As our HR Operations Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for employees and managers and support a broad range of operational HR activities.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing day-to-day HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
Maintaining accurate employee data and processing HR-related changes
Supporting and coordinating payroll-related activities
Managing absence and other employee-related HR processes
Providing practical HR support to employees and managers
Supporting the implementation and administration of local HR policies and procedures
Preparing HR reports and helping turn HR data into meaningful insights
Identifying opportunities to improve and standardize HR processes
Ensuring HR processes and documentation are accurate, structured and consistent
Collaborating with HR colleagues and stakeholders across an international organization

As you grow into the position, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to HR Operations activities across our wider European organization.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys HR Operations: someone who likes creating structure, pays attention to detail and takes satisfaction in making processes work reliably.

You bring

Relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or a similar hands-on HR position
Good knowledge of day-to-day HR processes and employee administration
Experience with payroll-related processes, absence management or HR reporting
A highly organized, accurate and reliable way of working
A proactive and hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Confidence communicating with employees and managers at different levels
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international HR team
Conversational Dutch and very good English language skills

Experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or other operational environment would be an advantage.

French language skills would also be a plus.
