Based in our London office, you’ll focus on recruiting talent for our clubs across the UK and Ireland, while also supporting colleagues in the Netherlands and partnering with hiring managers across Head Office and our clubs to find the right people for the right roles.

The continuous growth and expansion of our brands and clubs is paramount, and so is maintaining and growing our Head Office team. Your main focus is a high-end candidate experience and a seamless recruitment process.

Your tasks

• Work closely with your corporate recruiter colleagues in the Netherlands to make sure all business needs across our markets are met
• Partner with club and Head Office hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements and team dynamics
• Help develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks and other relevant channels to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
• Review CVs, conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, keeping communication with candidates and hiring managers clear and timely
• Support recruitment for our Dutch colleagues when needed
• Work with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process, so new hires can settle in quickly

You

• Have recruitment experience, ideally in a high-end consumer services, hospitality or retail environment
• Know recruitment best practice, including effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and build rapport easily with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues
• Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Act with integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have a strong interest in the fitness, health and wellness industry
