"Senior Technical Authority – Offshore Energy / CCS Project

\n\nFor a major offshore energy transition project in the Netherlands, we are looking for experienced Senior Technical Authorities across multiple disciplines.

\n\nElectrical (non-HV)

\n\nStructural (offshore)

\n\nProcess Engineering

\n\nMechanical / Pressure Vessels / Valves

\n\nMaterial Integrity & Corrosion

\n\nMarine

\n\nAbout the assignment

\n\nThis assignment is focused on supporting a complex offshore infrastructure project during a critical stage towards safe operations. The selected professionals will play an important role in technical integrity, discipline assurance, documentation review and approval, safety case support, commissioning, start-up and the early operational phase.

\n\nKey responsibilities

\n\nAct as Technical Authority for your discipline

\n\nSupport technical integrity and lifecycle assurance

\n\nReview and approve discipline-specific technical documentation

\n\nInterface with internal stakeholders, suppliers and regulatory bodies

\n\nSupport risk assessments, safety case activities and barrier management

\n\nProvide technical advice during commissioning and start-up

\n\nTroubleshoot discipline-related issues

\n\nSupport knowledge transfer and mentoring of in-house personnel

\n\nProfile

\n\nYou are a senior professional with

\n\n15+ years of relevant experience in offshore / Oil & Gas / energy projects

\n\nA solid technical background in one of the listed disciplines

\n\nPrevious experience in Technical Authority, technical assurance, integrity or similar senior specialist roles

\n\nExperience in both design and operational phases of offshore assets

\n\nStrong communication skills in English

\n\nDutch language skills are an advantage

\n\nExperience in CCS is highly preferred

\n\nProject details

\n\nLocation: Rotterdam area, the Netherlands

\n\nDuration: approximately 12 months

\n\nWorkload: initially expected to be full-time or near full-time, decreasing over time

\n\nStart: as soon as possible

\n\nWork model: primarily site/office based, with limited remote flexibility possible
