The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Access Management to join our North American Access Management Services team.

In this role, you will bring together expertise in Access Management implementation, project management and business analysis to support the successful delivery of identity and access management solutions. You will work with technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure, Okta and PingFederate/PingOne, helping customers translate their business and security requirements into effective technical implementations.

This position is suited to a professional who understands both the technical and business aspects of identity projects. You will help bridge the gap between customer requirements, technical delivery and project execution, ensuring that implementation activities remain aligned with customer objectives.

With a combination of project delivery experience, analytical capability and knowledge of identity technologies, you will contribute to the continued development of Xalient's Access Management services across North America.

What you will be doing

• Support the delivery of Access Management implementation projects using technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure, Okta and PingFederate/PingOne.
• Manage project activities, timelines, dependencies and deliverables to support successful implementation outcomes.
• Work with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify challenges and define appropriate solutions.
• Conduct business analysis and translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with technical specialists, consultants and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to maintain alignment on project objectives.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, helping ensure that issues are addressed effectively.
• Contribute to implementation planning, requirements documentation and project reporting.
• Apply an understanding of identity and access management principles to support sound technical and business decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Xalient to share knowledge, strengthen delivery practices and support the development of Access Management services.

What you will bring

• Experience delivering Access Management implementation projects using one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Entra ID/Azure, Okta or PingFederate/PingOne.
• Professional experience in project management, particularly in technology implementation environments.
• Experience in business analysis, including gathering requirements, analysing business needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
• The ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain alignment across project activities.
• A practical understanding of identity and access management concepts and their application in enterprise environments.
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and project delivery.

Desirable experience and qualifications

• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• PMP certification.
• CISSP certification.
• Experience in a technical role, ideally within identity, access management or cybersecurity.
• Microsoft, Okta or Ping certifications.
• Experience with identity governance and administration platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Experience with privileged access management solutions such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
• Relevant vendor certifications across these identity and security platforms.
