About the roleO(A) Recrutador(a) é responsável pelo recrutamento de vagas estratégicas para um ou mais clientes, com foco em atender e/ou superar as expectativas de desempenho definidas nos Acordos de Nível de Serviço (SLAs) e em garantir uma experiência positiva e eficiente para os candidatos e nossos clientes. Impulsiona o fluxo de vagas, candidatos e relacionamentos, atuando como o principal ponto de contato para gestores de contratação e candidatos. Normalmente, é responsável por uma ou mais contas de clientes com vagas que abrangem diversas funções e conjuntos de habilidades, conforme definido pelo cliente.

What you’ll be doing• Receber as requisições de solicitação de recrutamento através da plataforma do cliente

• Realizar alinhamento de perfil com o gerente de linha mapeando requisitos, responsabilidades e competências para cada função
• Com base no alinhamento de perfil e descrição de cargo realiza postagem, faz triagens, utiliza metodologias de sourcing e hunting necessários de acordo com a criticidade de cada função
• Realiza entrevistas, gerencia o agendamento de entrevista com os gerentes de linha
• Gerencia dados e informações em diversas plataformas, elabora relatórios quando necessário
• Mantém relacionamentos eficazes e contínuos com os candidatos e as principais áreas de interface como time medico, time folha de pagamento, time de benefícios e business partners
• Responde a perguntas de complexidade moderada a alta para candidatos e gerentes de contratação; encaminha as perguntas para membros seniores da equipe e/ou gerência, conforme necessário.
• Resolve problemas diversos utilizando uma matriz de escalonamento definida.
• Pode auditar processos e procedimentos para garantir que os registros necessários estejam completos e inseridos nos sistemas/locais apropriados.
• Treina e orienta membros da equipe menos experientes sobre as melhores práticas do setor.
• Participa de projetos, reuniões estratégicas e executa outras tarefas conforme designadas.

About you• Psicologia ou correlatas

• Especialização será diferencial
• Inglês avançado
• Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção. Experiência em consultoria será diferencial
• Experiência prévia com Sistemas de Rastreamento de Candidatos (ATS) e/ou Sistemas de Informação de Recursos Humanos (RH) e plataforma de emprego. Conhecimento em WorkDay será diferencial.
