Wij zoeken een Logistiek coördinator / Planner.

Functie omschrijving

ECEM is een gespecialiseerde distributeur van wereldwijd vele duizenden tonnen product, voornamelijk gevaarlijke grondstoffen voor de chemische industrie, met eigen voorraden in Europa, die door ons geïmporteerd en geëxporteerd worden. De logistiek en planning van deze goederen is een samenspel tussen inkoop, verkoop en logistiek, waarbij accuraat en vooral ook service gericht naar onze klanten gewerkt moet worden. Een uitdagende werkomgeving voor een commerciële, talentvolle en leergierige HBO'er als Logistiek coördinator / planner.

Dagelijks ben je in samenspel met onze logistieke partners, externe agenten en transporteurs verantwoordelijk voor de internationale transporten van containers en drums met voornamelijk gevaarlijke grondstoffen voor de chemische industrie en documentatie en afhandeling van in- en verkoopdossiers.

• In nauw contact staan met vervoerders (expediteurs) en klanten (laad- en loslocaties)
• Documentatie controleren, opstellen en versturen (rekening houdend met incoterms)
• Dossiers up-to-date houden
• Controleren van alle lopende dossiers, facturen en administratie
• Knelpunten oplossen in samenspraak met o.a. externe instanties en commerciële collega's

De target van leveringen naar onze klanten is altijd 100% OTIF (On time in full). Dit betekent dat je accuraat moet werken om de producten, hoeveelheden, besteldata, vervoerswijze en nog veel meer variabelen op de juiste manier in te plannen en uit te voeren. Vervolgens houd je het proces in de gaten en zorg je voor goede en tijdige aflevering bij de klant en afwikkeling waarna het dossier naar de administratie overgedragen wordt.

Het is hollen of stilstaan in deze functie, maar vooral hollen. Wij zoeken dan ook mensen die geconcentreerd en prestatie gericht kunnen werken en meters kunnen maken, het hoofd koel houden om effectief problemen op te lossen en te zorgen voor perfecte afleveringen bij klanten.

Jouw kwaliteiten

• MBO+/HBO functioneringsniveau met organisatorisch-administratief talent en ambitie om door te groeien.
• Ervaring als Logistiek Planner / Coördinator, bij voorkeur in de (petro-)chemie/industrie.
• Service gericht, acuraat, nieuwsgierig, gestructureerd, zelfstandig maar collegiaal, bloeit op in een hectische omgeving.
• Thuis in MS Office, pakt nieuwe automatiseringssystemen en technieken makkelijk op.
• Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels en bij voorkeur Duits.
• Zeer klantgericht, gaat voor kwaliteit en stimuleert anderen dit ook te doen.
• Ervaring met vervoer en opslag van gevaarlijke of speciale goederen die voorkomen op de zogenaamde Segregatietabel voor Gevaarlijke Goederen (zoals ontvlambare vloei- en vaste stoffen, oxiderende stoffen) en temperatuur gecontroleerde logistiek, zien we als een goede plus.
• Je reistijd van/naar ons kantoor in Amsterdam Zuidoost (Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena) is < 45 minuten enkele reis

Geconcentreerd en hard werken is aan de orde van de dag met het oplossen van logistieke puzzels en uitdagingen waardoor het werk leuk en veelzijdig is. Echt werk waarin je heel veel kunt leren en groeien in je rol.

Je krijgt een goed salaris, 25 verlofdagen per jaar, een ruime pensioenregeling en bonusregeling.

Je bent een spin in het web van logistiek, sales, marketing en accounting. En een goede service verlenen aan onze klanten is de focus van de functie.

ECEM has in order to meet the growth of their business, and in addition to their own fleet of IBCs now also commissioned the use of 6 new IMO 4_L4BN tank containers of each 35.000 liters plus 2 tank containers with 2 compartments each 17.500 liters for dedicated transport of our materials to customers.
