Your future responsibilities include
- supporting the international Parts team with controlling and reporting tasks
- preparing regular and ad hoc analyses for Sales, Management, and specialist departments
- analyzing revenue, margin, order, and sales performance indicators
- creating and maintaining dashboards, KPI reports, and management overviews
- tracking relevant business metrics and preparing recommendations for action
- ensuring and improving data quality in reporting and analysis systems
- documenting KPIs, data sources, and controlling processes
- contributing to the automation and standardization of reporting and analysis processes
- supporting cross-functional projects in business intelligence, digitalization, and process optimization
Your professional and personal profile
- current studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, data analytics, or a comparable degree program
- strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- initial experience with Power BI, Qlik, SQL, or comparable analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
- structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- very good German and English language skills
- enjoyment of analyzing complex relationships and presenting them clearly
- interest in international business processes and data-driven decision-making
