Key Responsibilities

•

Drive Business Growth: Identify, develop, and retain key customer relationships to close complex automation deals and meet revenue targets.

•

Strategic Deal Leadership: Formulate tailored win strategies and manage the full sales lifecycle, including both technical and commercial deliverables.

•

New Business Development: Build and maintain a robust sales funnel through proactive outreach, lead qualification, and strategic targeting of new accounts.

•

Customer Engagement: Represent the company with professionalism in client meetings, calls, presentations, and proposal negotiations—be the trusted face of the brand.

•

Channel & Partner Enablement: Conduct training, knowledge sharing, and joint business planning with distributors and strategic partners.

•

Market Intelligence: Gather and report market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to support strategic planning and product development.

•

Contract Closure: Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and finalization in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

•

Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a plus.

•

5+ years of proven B2B solution sales experience, preferably in warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems.

•

Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles involving solution design, consultative engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

•

Experience working with automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs, conveyors, robotics, WMS integration).

•

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from shop floor to boardroom.

•

Excellent team player.
