We are looking for a hands-on Working Student for 8 – 24 hours per week, to support the Non-Project Related (NPR) Procurement department with Admin tasks.

Main scope: Administrative support for Operational Procurement within the Facility team.

What will your challenges be?

• Follow up of Purchase Order Requests
• Issue Request for Quotations
• Create and Issue Purchase Orders
• Support facility purchasing activities
• Create and maintain Vendor Cards in Business Central

What do we ask for?

• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Currently enrolled in HBO or WO study in a Netherlands-based institution, in a related field of study
• Previous exposure to ERP systems
• Proactive, independent, creative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow
• Organized, with an eye for detail
