Sr. Human Resources officer/ Human Resources officer

學歴：Bachelor degree holder

Job Duties

• Participate in the full cycle of recruitment process such as job posting, on-boarding arrangements and induction for new joiners
• Responsible for daily compensation and benefits (C&B) operations, process monthly payroll administration, MPF and taxation, etc.
• Survey C&B related market practices for benchmarking
• Support on-boarding process for employees, including documents verification, preparation of employment contracts, MPF and staff orientation
• Handling of work visa applications and respective administrative support for staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
• Assist office equipment procurement activities including searching for tender, negotiation, evaluation, documentation and review
• Handle warehouse work on leave and attendance and overtime and other ad hoc assignments
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• Excellent in Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office with practical Excel skills
• Fresh graduates will also be welcomed
• Immediately available is highly preferred
