2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support our business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Solid knowledge and experience in SAP, familiar with customer orders to delivery while providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with international trading terminologies
• Able to work to deadlines and attention to details
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both on the telephone and in writing

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate the activities across all departments (Production, QC, Accounts, Sales, Warehouse and Transport) involved in the order fulfilment process
• Ensure the order is accurately entered in the SAP system/relevant IT business system and progressed
• Provide timely and accurate information about the order to the customer
• Check product availability and liaise with factories to ensure fulfilment of the order on the customer's required delivery date
• Ensure compliance with Croda's credit control policy
• Support to reduce slow moving stock and working capital by regularly reviewing concessional stock and offering this stock to suitable customers
• Promptly deal with any complaints a customer may raise
