Your role

Zanders is a global consultancy in treasury, risk and finance, and our growth depends on bringing the right people on board. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you help shape that growth from our Utrecht office, hiring the consultants, graduates and interns who will work with our clients, and supporting hiring for the teams that keep Zanders running.

You join the Talent Acquisition team and work closely with hiring managers, consultants and colleagues across different sections of HR. You have ownership of full recruitment process for graduate and intern roles, and you will grow to handle more senior hires. You also support building Zanders's brand awarenees, interacting with students through university events and campus partnerships.

Your background may be in recruitment or HR, or in a customer-facing role where you worked closely with people and targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment process for graduate and intern vacancies, from intake with the hiring manager through to offer and onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university networks and referrals
• Become a trusted advisor to the hiring manager, by preparing clear candidate summaries and recommendations for next steps
• Coordinate interviews and assessments for senior vacancies, keeping candidates and interviewers informed at every step
• Keep candidate and vacancy data accurate and up to date in our applicant tracking system
• Support in Business Support vacancies with sourcing, screening and coordination
• Organise graduate events, recruitment days and university career fairs
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and student associations
• Contribute to careers content for our website and social media channels
• Help improve recruitment processes, templates and candidate communication
• Take part in internal Talent Acquisition and People initiatives and Zanders events.

Skills to be successful

• A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Management or other people centric studies
• Up to two years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a sales or customer-facing role
• Clear, timely communication with candidates and colleagues at different levels
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
• The ability to manage several vacancies and deadlines at once with attention to detail
• Interest in building a career in talent acquisition and in learning about the consulting market
• Experience organising events or working with universities or student associations
• Fluent English, spoken and written, Dutch will be considered a plus
