Description
Are you customer obsessed, flexible, smart and analytical, strategic yet execution focused, hungry and passionate about e-commerce, experienced, and entrepreneurial individual with a strong work ethic? If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you.
We are looking for someone, who shares Amazon’s passion for the customer and will take on the fulfilling challenge of making sellers successful in the Amazon India Marketplace.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven individual to join the 3P Business Compliance team. This role will lead compliance program execution, risk identification, automation, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is a process-obsessed program manager who combines deep sales and account management knowledge with a passion for operational excellence. They bring a consultative mindset — understanding how sales teams operate, what drives their behavior, and how to design processes that achieve compliance outcomes without creating friction. They are equal parts builder and influencer, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to map a process end-to-end while also presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
