Job Description
The role primarily involves managing corporate and regulatory compliance activities within the organization. This includes monitoring statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance records and documentation, assisting in regulatory filings and disclosures, and conducting legal and regulatory research to support compliance operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, LODR, MCA and other applicable laws/regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, compliance calendars and secretarial documentation.
- Prepare Board/General Meeting notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions and related corporate documents.
- Assist with MCA filings, statutory/event-based compliances and regulatory submissions to MCA, Stock Exchanges, SEBI and other authorities.
- Support corporate actions including share transfers, transmission, allotment and related records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, legal advisors, consultants and regulatory stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess applicability to the company.
- Provide corporate governance and secretarial support to the Board and management.
