We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. In less than six years, Mileway has grown into Europe’s leader in last mile logistics real estate, with a 550-plus team across twenty seven offices in eleven countries.
Are you a commercially driven real estate professional ready to take ownership of a high-quality portfolio and make a visible impact? Join our Warrington team as an Asset Manager and help strengthen Mileway’s position as Europe’s leader in last-mile logistics real estate.
You will shape and execute the asset management strategy for a portfolio of properties—accelerating leasing activity, strengthening financial performance and unlocking opportunities for long-term value creation. Partnering with colleagues across Asset Management, Property Management, Development and Finance, you will turn regional business plans into results while building trusted relationships with occupiers, advisers and other stakeholders.
