- Experience establishing and governing Configuration Management frameworks across multiple projects.
- Expertise in baseline management, change management, configuration audits and engineering data management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across project, engineering and functional teams.
- Experience with PLM, engineering data management and enterprise business systems.
- Exposure to IFS Applications or similar ERP/PLM platforms will be highly regarded.
- Industry-recognised Configuration Management qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide Configuration Management capability while leading a team that supports the delivery of complex Defence programs. You'll work alongside senior engineering and project leaders, drive meaningful process improvement, and play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes across a growing portfolio.
