Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa interna de Learning & Consulting, em Lisboa, com a integração de um Gestor de Projetos de Formação, que terá um papel essencial na coordenação e acompanhamento dos nossos projetos de formação.

Nesta função, acompanharás os projetos desde o seu planeamento até ao encerramento, garantindo a qualidade pedagógica, a eficiência operacional e uma experiência diferenciadora para clientes, formandos e formadores.
O teu trabalho terá impacto direto em
- A qualidade e execução dos projetos de formação
- A experiência dos clientes, formandos e formadores
- O cumprimento dos requisitos pedagógicos e legais
- A articulação entre as equipas comercial, pedagógica e de backoffice
- A melhoria contínua dos processos e soluções formativas
What you’ll be doingPrincipais responsabilidades
- Coordenar projetos de formação desde a adjudicação até ao encerramento
- Apoiar o desenho e a estruturação de soluções formativas
- Gerir a relação e a comunicação com formadores
- Planear cronogramas, recursos e logística das ações de formação
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos requisitos DGERT, SIGO e das restantes obrigações legais
- Acompanhar ações de formação presenciais e online
- Monitorizar indicadores de execução, satisfação e qualidade
- Elaborar relatórios pedagógicos e de acompanhamento
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e nas soluções formativas
- Trabalhar em articulação com a equipa comercial, garantindo o alinhamento com as necessidades do cliente

- Tens experiência em gestão da formação ou coordenação pedagógica
- Conheces os requisitos DGERT e a plataforma SIGO
- Tens conhecimentos de metodologias de formação
- Revelas capacidade de planeamento, organização e gestão de vários projetos em simultâneo
- Tens uma forte orientação para o cliente, para a qualidade e para o cumprimento de prazos
- Comunicas com facilidade e valorizas o trabalho em equipa
- Tens capacidade de adaptação, autonomia e orientação para a resolução de problemas
- Dominas as ferramentas Microsoft 365
- Tens experiência ou conhecimentos em gestão de projetos, preferencialmente
