Application process

1. Screening process

After receiving your online application, you can expect a reply within a week. If there is a match, you will be invited for an interview. If not, we will keep your application on file for future opportunities. If there is no match and no future opportunities, you will be informed by e-mail.

2. Job interviews

There are usually up to two interviews. The first interview is competency-based with the hiring manager. If successful, you will complete an online questionnaire about your alignment with Allseas’ cultural values, followed by a second interview with HR/Recruitment and another team member.

3. Job offer

Congratulations! We will contact you and follow up with a formal offer. Upon acceptance, you will receive a welcome pack from Allseas. Depending on your nationality, we may need to conduct background checks including references, qualifications, and work permits.
