About this role

Job Purpose

The Customer Service & Export Coordinator will serve as the logistics point of contact for our export clients, including a key strategic account that you will support daily.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Manage the order cycle in the ERP system and ensure complete and on-time deliveries
• Provide enhanced support for the strategic account: anticipating needs, responsiveness, and quality of service
• Coordinate product availability with production, logistics, and planning
• Organize shipments with carriers and freight providers
• Prepare export documentation: customs, Incoterms, letters of credit
• Track invoicing, credit notes, and payment reminders
• Handle complaints and report any discrepancies in volume or price

About You

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service or a related field.
• Initial relevant professional experience and or related management experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics coordination, transportation, and customs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficient in logistics and supply chain management software, as well as ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Fluent in both French and English as working languages.
