AI Systems Engineer

Provide day-to-day administration support for Glean, Claude, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and related AI platforms across sandbox, development, QA, and production environments. Configure, maintain, and monitor native connectors and MCP access, indexing and crawling processes, authentication, integration performance, and connector health. Provide first-line support for chat, agent, connector, indexing, authentication, and permission-related issues; diagnose problems, resolve issues within established procedures, and escalate when appropriate. Participate in testing, UAT, deployment validation, release readiness, and post-release support for feature and agent enablement to maintain solution stability. Support AI incident triage by gathering symptoms, scope, and impact, and document findings to contribute to root-cause analysis of platform outages, change-related failures, authentication or integration issues, and capacity or credit shortages. Monitor AI platform usage, consumption, and credit utilization. Review inventories for redundant or abandoned resources, including unused skills, agents, Power Automate flows, connectors, and related configurations, and assist with approved cleanup. Maintain accurate configuration records, operational documentation, inventories, runbooks, known-issue registers, deployment evidence, and compliance documentation. Support users, citizen developers, and business stakeholders through onboarding, training, office hours, and troubleshooting guidance. Document opportunities to improve operational processes, platform reliability, supportability, and delivery efficiency.
